Our homemade lemon curd uses fresh squeezed lemons and local creamery butter for an intensely tart lemon flavour! Lemon lovers will rejoice!
The tart is comprised of fresh lemon curd filling in a short dough tartlet shell, sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar.
Please note: this tart is best kept refrigerated and consumed the same day. The pastry will soften as it sits, so it is not recommended if serving beyond 24 hours.
