High Tea Bakery’s mini imperial cookies are made of delectable almond shortbread, sandwiched with a sweet raspberry preserve, and coated in pure almond icing. Baked from scratch, using locally sourced eggs and fresh creamery butter, these cookies are a Winnipeg obsession!
