We’re leaning into our Australian roots this Mother’s Day!
We’ve taken our classic lamington (vanilla cake squares) and swapped out the chocolate sauce for a delicious passionfruit glaze. (Made with real passionfruit puree.) They are then rolled in fine coconut, making a beautiful and tasty treat to add to your Mother’s Day buffet!
